Privacy Policy

Flinkk Mail is operated by Incresco Technology Private Limited ("Incresco", "we", "us"), based in Bangalore, India. This policy explains what data we collect through Flinkk Mail (mail.flinkk.io), why we collect it, and how it's handled.

Data we collect

Account data. When you sign in with Google or a magic link, we store your name, email address, and which organization(s) you belong to. We don't ask for or store a password.

Email you send and receive through the platform. Sender and recipient addresses, subject lines, message bodies, and attachments. Subject lines and HTML message bodies are encrypted at rest in our database.

Domain and sending configuration. If you verify a custom sending domain, we store the DNS records and verification status for that domain, and any API keys you generate.

Cookies. We use first-party cookies to keep you signed in, remember which organization and sending identity you have active, and remember your light/dark theme preference. We don't use third-party advertising cookies.

Product analytics. We use Datadog Real User Monitoring on a sample of sessions to understand performance issues and errors. It records your name and email address as the session's user, along with page interactions; form inputs are masked by default.

How we use this data

• To operate the service — sending, receiving, storing, and displaying your email
• To authenticate you and keep your account secure
• To track delivery, bounce, open, and click events for messages you send
• To diagnose bugs and performance issues
• To communicate with you about your account or this service

Who we share it with

We use a small number of subprocessors to run Flinkk Mail — infrastructure providers who process data on our behalf under their own confidentiality and security commitments. The full, current list is on our subprocessors page. We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Where data is processed

Application data and email are processed on Amazon Web Services infrastructure in the Mumbai (ap-south-1) and Ireland (eu-west-1) regions. If you're outside these regions, your data will be transferred to and processed there.

How long we keep it

We retain account and email data for as long as your account is active, so the service can keep working the way you expect. If you close your account or ask us to delete your data, we'll remove it within a reasonable time, except where we're required to keep it (for example, for legal or accounting reasons).

Security

Data in transit is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS). Email subject lines and message bodies are encrypted at rest. Access to production data is limited to the people who need it to operate the service.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email us at hello@flinkk.io.

Children

Flinkk Mail isn't directed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify account owners directly.
