Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Flinkk Mail (mail.flinkk.io), provided by Incresco Technology Private Limited ("Incresco", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using Flinkk Mail, you agree to them.

The service

Flinkk Mail lets you send and receive email from your own verified domain, through a REST API or the dashboard, with a shared inbox and delivery tracking for your team. Sending is delivered through Amazon SES.

Your account

You sign in with Google or an email magic link — there's no separate password to manage. You're responsible for keeping your account, and any API keys you generate, secure. Let us know immediately if you suspect an API key has been exposed.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Flinkk Mail to:

• Send unsolicited bulk email, spam, or email in violation of applicable anti-spam law
• Send content that's unlawful, fraudulent, or infringes someone else's rights
• Send malware, phishing content, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system
• Send from a domain you haven't verified you own or control
• Interfere with or overload the service, or try to circumvent its rate or usage limits

Because sending reputation is shared infrastructure, we may suspend or restrict an account that we reasonably believe is harming deliverability for other users, with notice where practical.

Your content

You own the email content you send and receive through Flinkk Mail. We process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy, and don't claim ownership of it or use it for any purpose beyond operating and improving the service.

Fees

Any fees for your use of Flinkk Mail are as agreed between you and Incresco separately from these terms — for example, in an order form, plan selection, or written agreement. Where no fee has been agreed, no fee applies.

Availability

We work to keep Flinkk Mail available and reliable, but it's provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without an uptime guarantee, except where we've made a specific written commitment to you.

Termination

You can stop using Flinkk Mail and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, with notice where practical given the nature of the violation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Incresco isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Flinkk Mail. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.

Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify account owners directly.
