Suppression list
Addresses that bounce permanently or mark your mail as spam are added to your workspace's suppression list automatically, and Flinkk Mail will not send to them again. This protects your domain and the shared sending reputation.
- Added automatically: permanent bounces and every complaint. Temporary bounces (such as a full mailbox) are not suppressed.
- Enforced everywhere: the API, agent inboxes and scheduled sends. A message with any suppressed recipient is refused with
422 recipient_suppressed and the addresses. When you send one message per recipient, suppressed addresses are skipped.
